How, as a visual artist, do I perceive? My sketchbook records on a daily basis my response to the world around me. But as I draw, my responses to the subject shift and change. I start without any preconceptions of outcome. The drawing evolves in its own right. I am searching and seeking. When I find 'it' I am done.
