Visiting a brilliant Cornelia Parker exhibition today at the stunningly-refurbished Whitworth Art Gallery in Manchester, we were riveted by a 2007 art documentary of Noam Chomsky.

Faced with a larger-than-life face over 40 minutes, I was struck by the assymmetry of his eyes. Despite the darkness, I was irresistibly drawn to draw.
